”I would like to thank Tennis Planning Consultants, Inc. for your work in conducting the 2009 feasibility analysis of the City of Lake Oswego’s Indoor Tennis Center. As you know, the Tennis Center is a highly valued recreational amenity in Lake Oswego but is unable to meet the overwhelming demand for more indoor courts. Our City Council was seeking information to make informed decisions about the scope of unmet demand and options for addressing this in the future. I was looking for a consulting firm to provide an accurate and unbiased analysis, as well as be flexible in meeting our particular needs. The process Tennis Planning Consultants used included a thorough market analysis, a review of current operations, and an analysis of possible facility upgrades and cost studies to help us improve the City’s future indoor tennis experience. In addition, Tennis Planning Consultants worked well with our citizen committee by gathering and incorporating their feedback throughout the process. Because of the age and ever growing beauty of our facility, it serves as a benchmark for all new projects and any new facilities being built here at TCU.
