Our philosophy at TPC is to provide expert tennis facility design and consultation services for owners and developers of tennis projects and tennis facilities of all types. We are the client’s representative operating as independent professionals to represent our client’s interests. Our feasibility findings and recommendations are made on the basis of fact, not on the basis of receiving a design or club management agreement. Our land planning studies and recommendations are made on the basis of professional experience and independent analysis, not on the expectation of our receiving a tennis construction or tennis operations contract. Tennis design, engineering, materials and product recommendations, lighting systems, accessories, contractor bidding, project inspection, and all related design and construction areas must be accomplished on the basis of objective analysis and the requirements of each project, not on the basis of increasing sales or receiving commissions from the sale of any specific product. TPC’s objective, independent viewpoint is the foundation of our philosophy and enables us to work directly and forthrightly with owners on tennis projects of every type. TPC therefore has the desire and obligation of being open, honest, and frank in its evaluations, recommendations, and designs. When combined with proven experience, this objectivity more efficiently serves the client and assures each client that his or her interests have first priority.
